All three machines of this type are equipped with an RP2-SW dressing unit.

Normally, the RZ400 is fitted with a fully automatic RP2 dressing unit,

however, some customers choose the RP2-SW version for cost reasons —

as is the case with certain export machines.

Function overview:

• The RP2-SW requires manual teaching only during the initial setup.
• After that, it automatically detects the grinding wheel and dressing profile.
• The flank angle can be manually adjusted or corrected if needed.
• 👉 There are no disadvantages in production operation.
